It looks I am on the way to a full blown chest infection,

this would explain why I have been unable to settle to sleep the past few days and why I have no desire to go to the gym.I cough and have chest pains.Just my luck it had to come now,but on the other hand when I get home on Friday the worst will be over and if not,any ailments are easier dealt with in London.Today is a sea day,tomorrow morning we dock in Lisbon,the city I like very much,then late afternoon we set sail for Southampton,England.
