Paris ties with Singapore and Hong Kong as world's priciest cities.

Last year Singapore  alone  had the honours.
In September 2018  the family Tsai  [originally from Taiwan] paid for a bungalow the size of 4  836 sq m,   93,9 million  Singapore  dollars,this is about 55,6 million British pounds
