The Port. The free wi-fi zone next to the toilets. The toilets immaculate,the smell pleasant,all electric fixtures and fittings work as work they should, the heater dries hands to perfection. If the Port authorities in Gibraltar take pride in how they present their town to foreigners, why can't the Port authorities in the city of Cadiz in Spain?
