is Europe's oldest continuously occupied city.It was founded by the Phoenicians in 1100 BCE.The first Spanish constitution,LA PEPA,was established in Cadiz.Christopher Columbus set sail for The New World from the city on two woyagers.In the present day it is the home to the Spanish Navy.
