My kindred spirit Mr Tom Utley of the Daily Mail, has done it again.

"Hardly a day goes by when I don't have to click on the words"forgotten password?"only to find,as often as not, that I've entered the wrong username, too",he writes.Oh,Mr Utley, how well I know it!Even though unlike yourself, I do NOT have any online shopping accounts.I cannot understand this recent preponderance to "shop online".Why would I want to be buying things I haven't seen, touched, smelled? I hate shopping. There,I said it. I hate shopping.I am an accidental shopper.Take yesterday.Passed by the French Connection.Lovely clothes in the window [ my husband used to say - the best is always in the windows],saw a couple of white tops I could see myself wearingb, bought them without trying and walked out as fast as I walked in.Accidental shopper.Making my way towards Marble Arch,I noticed a recently opened Doc Martins shop.Picked up a delightful size 22 blue sneakers for the latest addition to the family, now just over 2 years old.He is expecting a little sister in September and when I saw a tiny pink pair for her,was so tempted, but as it is only 80% sure it is a girl,[ the umbilical cord was blocking a clear strategic view],have decided to wait.Starving went inside my trusted Marks & Spencer, the best store in the whole wide world, sat down to a hot chicken leg and a freshly pressed orange juice. On my way out a black pair of trousers caught my eyes. The right size, the right length.Deal done. Accidental shopper.Shop online? Never! And why on earth would I want to give a hacker access to my money? And the palava surrounding the forgotten passwords! No-one knows it better than the Royal Caribbean. The infinite patience of these lovely people when dealing with me is commendable.I had come to acquire 2 customer numbers, how had this happened I have no idea, but 2 numbers I had and could not access either! So I emailed the RC [I went through the same rigmarole last year and the year before that] and patiently they sorted it all out yet again and I hope for the last time.As did the Celebrity Cruises. A customer is given a  number and every time a booking is made the number of nights booked is added on.The more  you sail, the better benefits you get,for me the most important is a priority check in,you march in, are checked in without waiting.
